Crystal Kowalke
Crystal Kowalke is a project professional with more than 15 years of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, project management and procurement. She has held leadership roles with ASRC, Chugach Government Solutions, NANA Construction and Azachorok Incorporated. Crystal is pursuing graduate degrees at the University of Alaska Anchorage and is passionate about supporting Alaska Native professionals and communities statewide.

Regina Therchik
Qussauyaq Regina Therchik is Yup’ik from Toksook Bay and an enrolled member of the Nunakauyarmiut Tribe. A first-generation college graduate, she earned a history degree from the College of Saint Benedict. As Workforce Shareholder Development Manager at Calista Corporation, she advances workforce, education and leadership opportunities for shareholders and rural communities across Alaska.

Tim “Tanukaq” Lee
Tim Lee is from Anchorage, Alaska and is a Calista shareholder with family roots in Napakiak. He earned a petroleum engineering degree from the Colorado School of Mines and spent 11 years as an engineer with BP in Anchorage and on the North Slope. He has also worked in education and health administration and currently serves as a project manager with the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium.

Jessi Walker is an Administrative Assistant at Brilliant Media Strategies, a strategic advertising and communications agency in Anchorage. She is Gwich’in and Koyukon Athabascan with family from Beaver, Ruby and Fairbanks. Raised in the Seattle area, she recently moved to Anchorage to reconnect with family and community. She supports collaboration, organization and connection through work and volunteer service today locally.

Krysten Walker is CEO of Brilliant Media Strategies, where she leads marketing, branding, public education campaigns and issues management for clients across Alaska and the Lower 48, including state agencies, Alaska Native corporations, tribes and nonprofits. She is Gwich’in and Koyukon Athabascan with family from Beaver, Ruby and Fairbanks. She holds a B.S. from Stanford University.

Julie Dunlap
Julie is Administrative Services Director at Arctic Slope Regional Corporation, where she leads corporate operations, events and employee engagement while partnering with senior leadership on strategic priorities. She holds a B.A. in business administration and a minor in Alaska Native business management. Originally from Utqiaġvik and Nome, she lives in Anchorage and is passionate about strengthening community and supporting future Alaska Native leaders.

Danielle "Aliiraq" Larsgaard
Danielle is Inupiaq from the Bristol Bay region and Resource Basket Manager at RurAL CAP, providing training and technical assistance to Alaska Tribes. Through Aliiraq Arts, she delivers cultural education statewide. Her background includes domestic violence, sexual assault advocacy and behavioral health services. She also commercial fishes with her family and practices subsistence traditions in her community.

Kala Wilson
Kala Wilson is Director of Communications for Old Harbor Native Corporation and a shareholder of Bristol Bay Native Corporation and Choggiung Limited, with family roots in Dillingham. She has eight years of experience at BBNC and holds business degrees from the University of Alaska Anchorage and Alaska Pacific University. She lives in Anchorage with her family and enjoys outdoor activities.

Shondiin Mayo is a digital strategist at Thompson & Co. in Anchorage, Alaska. She is Diné from the Navajo Nation and Dene from Stevens Village. She holds a bachelor’s degree in creative media and film from Northern Arizona University and a master’s degree in mass communication from Arizona State University.

Peri Sanders
Peri Qancuk Sanders is Yup’ik from Mamterilleq (Bethel) and was raised along the Kuigpak (Yukon) and Kusquqvak (Kuskokwim) Rivers. She is Coordinator for the Caleb Scholars Program at Kawerak, supporting scholarships, mentorship and leadership development. She holds a master’s degree and is pursuing a PhD in Indigenous Studies at the University of Alaska Fairbanks.
