2006 ANPA Business Expo

RULES AND REGULATIONS

Cancellations and Refunds: Should the Business Expo 2006 be canceled due to causes beyond ANPA’s control, advanced payments will be refunded in full. Cancellations from exhibitors will not be refunded after October 13, 2006. Registration held after that date are considered firm and refunds will not be made.

Confinement of Exhibits: Exhibitors must confine their displays to the space for which they have contracted. Aisles may not be used for displaying materials or signs. Displays which obstruct the view of neighboring exhibits are prohibited.

Exhibit Hours and Set-up: Exhibitors agree that all parts of the exhibit will remain open during public event hours, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on October 25, 2006. Your booth must be staffed the entire day.

NOTE: Vendors must enter the event through the rear of the Egan Convention Center.

Fire Regulations: all decorating material used by exhibitors must be flame-proof material and exhibitors must comply with all regulations.

Space Rental and Payment: No space reservation will be confirmed without a signed contract and full payment by September 30, 2006. Please make checks payable to Alaska Native Professional Association. Credit Cards may be used. ANPA reserves the right to alter locations if necessary to create a more effective exhibit and workable floor plan.

Security: All reasonable precaution against damage or loss will be taken, but the sponsors do not guarantee or insure the exhibitor against any loss. Exhibitors desiring insurance on their equipment must secure it at their own expense.

Shipment: The exhibitor will be responsible for shipping and handling exhibit material and equipment into and out of the exhibit building, for erecting and decorating their display and for all other expenses for items not included in the basic booth package.

Exhibitor Badges: Exhibitor Badges will be issued at the time of set-up, but only after full payment has been made for space. Badges must be worn at all times during the event.

Amendment: These rules and regulations have been drawn for the purpose of providing a regulated, attractive and successful event. Event management shall have the power to interpret the rules and regulations, or amend them if necessary, to satisfy the best interest of the entire event and all amendments shall bind exhibitors.
