organizations can meet together collectively to enhance, develop, and address the Native concerns and interests, including the social barriers that eventually impact us all. Ben is Raven/Frog, Tlingit, and was born in Juneau, Alaska. His father was “the late” James Goenett Jr. and his mother is Andrea Cesar.
